1. When scheduling an event with the parish the office manager is the final word on the subject. No other member of staff, volunteer or paid, may add a public event to the calendar without clearance from them. This includes the Priest who has many other things to consider and will likely result in confusion and double-booking.

  2. All events, if not discussed at the yearly calendar meeting, must be submitted, no less than a month in advance. Special exemptions will be permitted for emergencies and unforeseen situations, e.g. a funeral.

  4. Anyone who does schedule an event with Holy Name must meet with our Facilities Manager no less than two week prior to the event.
