New Scheduling Policies


1.) When scheduling an event with the parish the office manager is the final word on the subject. No other member of staff, volunteer or paid, may add an public event to the calendar without clearance from them. This includes the Priest who has many other things to consider and will likely result in confusion and double-booking.

2.) All events, if not discussed at the yearly calendar meeting, must be submitted, no less than a month in advance. Special exemptions will be permitted for emergencies and unforeseen situations, e.g. a funeral.

4.)  Anyone who does schedule an event with Holy Name must meet with our Facilities Manager no less than two week prior to the event.
